Fuse Properties offers the answer for students and other tenants looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price that is well-managed, by a helpful and supportive landlord. We have been providing this service since 1987, predominantly to students, but also to professionals. We are a family-run, privately-owned business that is both professional and personable.
We own and manage all our properties. Our properties are all in close proximity to the University and all have been fully refurbished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchens & bathrooms and well furnished bedrooms and living areas – all have new furniture and appliances to provide excellent living accommodation.
We like to work in partnership with our tenants to provide them with an attractive, comfortable and well-equipped place in which to live and study. Our belief is that better quality accommodation provides a fantastic home for tenants who will want to enjoy their time in the property.
Well-managed rented accommodation
By providing the right type of accommodation, backed up by good management, we hope to be able to give a service that encourages our tenants to renew their contracts. In fact, we are proud of the fact that many of our tenants are happy to renew their contracts, with some even staying with us for the full duration of their degree.
